Return Policy
All of our dresses are custom-made, meaning we start production only after receiving your order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or you received the wrong item. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
Since all dresses are made to order, once production begins, materials cannot be reused. However, cancellations may be accepted within the following timeframes:
- Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed. You may simply ignore them.
- Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
- 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
- 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
- After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Changes to Size & Color
Modifications to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. After this period, changes cannot be made. If you insist on modifying an order once production has started, additional charges may apply. Please contact us at {your email} for assistance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because each dress is made specifically for the customer, we only accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The dress has a quality defect, such as poor workmanship or fabric damage.
- The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to an error on our part.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:
- The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please carefully check our size chart before ordering).
- You change your mind after receiving the dress.
- There is a minor variation (up to 1 inch) in measurements due to handmade production.
- The dress has slight imperfections that do not affect overall wearability.
- The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
- Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process (For Quality Issues or Incorrect Items Only)
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at {your email}.
- Provide clear photos of the issue (e.g., incorrect size, color, style, or defect).
- Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition—it can be tried on but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.
- Include the tracking number and return reference code in your package.
Once we confirm the issue, we will either offer a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
